Cartoon Crush

Come on. Plenty of you have had at least 1. One of my favorites is Blue Diamond from Steven Universe. She's tall, she's beautiful (especially when she cries; ESPECIALLY when we see her face for the first time), she has a soothingly quiet and calm voice. If she can get past her lack of empathy for Earth and the life on it, she'd be almost perfect. I say almost because there's no such thing as the 'perfect' anything. At best, things and people can only be as good as 'almost perfect'.

Here's Pink Diamond, new to the neighborhood near her college. At this point, I don't fully know the relationship between her and the diamonds so I made a story for this based on the possible "Pink Diamond's like the little sister" thing. It's because she normally frowns a lot so she's probably used to people telling her to 'cheer up' or 'perk up' or 'buck up' and wouldn't it be fitting of her to respond with a 'buck off'? Also, on her right hand is the blue moon which represents Gwen's interest in astronomy and her favorite color (midnight blue).

To show the benefits of dating your opposite. They give what you lack and may need. Starfire provides excitement for the stoic Raven and how Raven, in turn, teaches Starfire to learn to be sometimes be serious and not to always be goofy and funny. Dawn helps Gwen be more gentle and less sarcastic, whereas Gwen toughens up Dawn and helps her be more tactful when she easily reads people's personalities through their auras. Gwen and Dawn also have a pet bat named Bast, meaning 'devourer'.

The Dawning Dawn
